However, before the door swings closed behind you for the last time, the ball is still in your court and you need to know what to do with it.

A recent survey by global outsourcing company Right Management found that seven out of 10 job seekers think they know exactly what they need to do to get their next job. In most companies, when layoffs are swept and you are trapped in them, you will be offered the services of an outplacement company. Many of us poop because of this for one reason or another we think it won’t help us. That’s where you are wrong.

You have been released, forgotten, and don’t delay in starting to use your placement service. The longer you wait, the more competition you will face.
Choose Your Consultant Carefully:
You can always ask to meet with different consultants, so make sure what you have is right for you. Consider things like your track record, background, experience in your industry, and of course their current workload.
Do your homework:
